Bled Fest recap.

I am currently 50% finished with Bled Fest photos. I had an amazing time this year. Security worked hard all day, met a few photographers, and photographed rad bands.

whatcountsmedia: Contest time! Cold Cuts Merch and Wass Photography have teamed up to do something really cool. Each month they release a new pair of “live shot” shirts from two bands and put them up on Cold Cuts’ site to buy under the name Live Shot Charity Tees. The cool part about this is that all of the proceeds go to a different charity for each shirt. The most recent pair is from With The Punches and I Call Fives. Today, we are starting a contest to win a free With The Punches shirt! The goal of this shirt is to raise money for Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation. Here is an official statement from With The Punches themselves on their reasoning to do this: “With budget cuts threatening arts programs in schools across the country, music programs are almost always the first to go. Thousands of schools all over the United States have experienced cuts in visual arts and music programs and more are threatened everyday. Mr. Holland’s Opus takes new and refurbished instruments and donates them to schools and music programs that cannot afford them, allowing students to learn and play music where they would normally not be able to. All of us in With The Punches have been fortunate enough to experience the benefits of great public school music programs and feel strongly about the importance of music in a student’s life. We were all lucky enough to have our lives enriched by music and hope that younger generations can afford the same opportunities. “ The way to enter this contest: just reblog this post! You can reblog as many times as you’d like. That’s it! The contest ends Saturday May 26th at midnight EST. Technically May 27th, but whatever. Once the contest is over, a contest will be randomly selected and will win a free With The Punches shirt in any size and have it shipped to them.
